    Terms & Conditions

    1. Reservation Confirmation: Reservations can be made online or by phone. A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.
    2. Changes to Reservations: Any changes to your reservation, including guest count, must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability for last-minute adjustments.
    3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a charge.
    4. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time; after that, we may release the table and offer it to other guests.
    5. Payment & Billing: Payments can be made online or at the restaurant (by cash / credit card). We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, UnionPay and UPI payments. For reservations larger than 6 people, we may require a deposit to secure your reservation.
    6. Special Requests: Inform us of any dietary restrictions or special requests at the time of booking; we will do our best to accommodate them.
    7. Food and Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant. We offer a wide variety of food and drink options from our menu to suit your needs.
    8. Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 1-4 must be accompanied by an adult. Please inform us if you are bringing children so we can make necessary arrangements.
    9. Service Charge and Gratuity: A service charge of 10% may be added to your bill. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is appreciated but not required.
    10. Liability: SDA Hospitality Group is not liable for any damages incurred during your visit, except as required by law.
    11. Privacy Policy: All personal information provided during the reservation process (name, contact information, etc.) will be handled according to our privacy policy, which can be found on our website. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our policy.
    12. Special Events and Promotions: Reservations made during special events or promotions may have specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated in advance.
    13. Gift Cards: Gift cards are accepted for reservations but cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to use a gift card.
    14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
